12slices of prosciuttothinly sliced salty prosciutto
1(16 oz) packagefresh mozzarella cheesesliced (yes, fresh really makes a difference here!)
4fresh tomatoessliced (I prefer Roma tomato slices but use your favorite)
20fresh basil leaves(you want whole leaves)
Instructions
Pour vinaigrette ingredients into sealable jar and shake vigorously until combined. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use (up to two weeks).
Lay ingredients on flat work surface.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette on the cut side of each slice of bread.
Split the ingredients evenly between the sandwiches. Place cheese slices on the bottom bread slice.
Add tomato slices.
Layer prosciutto slices over the tomatoes.
Add fresh basil leaves.
Top with second slice of bread and serve immediately.
