Ingredients
Sauce Ingredients (see Note 1)

mayonnaise

Thai sweet chili sauce

crushed red pepper flakes

honey
Chicken Ingredients

tablespoon
olive oil
(may need a little more for griddle)
1 1/2
pounds
boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized cubes
1
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Pour oil onto grill.
When oil is hot, add chicken, paprika, garlic salt and pepper, toss to combine all ingredients and cook till browned.
Add half of the sauce to the chicken, tossing to coat evenly. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and sauce is caramelized.
Remove from griddle, serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
Notes
If you don't like really "saucy" food, you can cut the sauce recipe in half.
Serving suggestions: You may want to serve the chicken over rice or on rolls as sandwiches.
