Camping For Foodies Dinner Camping Recipes: These quick burritos are made with pre-cooked meat and topped with your favorite Mexican-flavored toppings.

Ingredients

tablespoon
olive oil

small
onion
peeled and diced

cooked 2-Ingredient Crockpot Shredded Beef
(see Note #1)
1/4
cup
taco seasoning
Splash of water
4
large flour tortillas
Optional toppings (see Note #2)
Diced avocado, chopped onions, shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
Add the onion, cook until softened.
Add the
shredded beef meat
, taco seasoning and enough water to moisten the pan.
Stir to combine and let cook until the meat is heated through and liquid is absorbed.
Divide the meat equally between the tortillas. Add your favorite toppings.
Fold tucking in the ends of the tortillas as you roll them up. Serve hot.
