2tablespoonscilantrochopped
Instructions
Allow chicken legs to reach room temperature before smoking (sit out time, about 1 hour).
Pre-heat pellet grill smoker to 250 F degrees.
Place drumsticks in large bowl.
Stir garlic and salt into melted butter, drizzle over the meat. Toss together to ensure all of the chicken is coated.
Place drumsticks on smoker grill grates in an even layer. Close lid and cook until the legs have a crispy texture, about 2 hours.
Remove drumsticks from smoker, place in large dish or on baking sheet.
Increase smoker temperature to 450 F degrees.
Pour about 1/4 cup Sriracha BBQ Sauce over the drumsticks, turn to coat. Place back on grill grates and continue cooking until the sauce is caramelized and has a sticky consistency about 20 minutes.
Remove drumsticks from smoker, place in large bowl and toss with remaining 1/4 cup Sriracha BBQ Sauce, toss to coat and serve immediately.
