Ingredients

olive oil
1 1/2
pounds
boneless skinless chicken breasts
cubed into bite sized pieces
1/2
pound
bacon
cut into small cubes

medium
Yukon gold potatoes
washed and diced into small cubes
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon
paprika
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat Blackstone to medium heat.
Add oil to one side of grill and toss with diced potatoes. Cook about 15 minutes then toss and continue cooking.
Add the bacon to the other half of the grill. Cook until browned.
Don't remove the bacon grease, add the chicken to the grease and sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Cook through, about 15 minutes.
Combine the potatoes, bacon and chicken. Layer on shredded cheese. Close lid and continue cooking until cheese melts, serve hot.
