Ingredients

slices thick
bacon
chopped or crumbled (see Note 1)

tablespoons
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
chopped lettuce or fresh spinach

grape tomatoes
quartered

wheat tortilla
soft taco size
Instructions
Fry the bacon till it is crispy, drain it on paper towels then chop or crumble it into bite sized pieces.
In a small bowl combine the bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes, toss to coat evenly.
Lay tortilla on a flat surface and pile the mixture in the center.
Roll the tortilla to create a hand-held yummy wrap. (see Note 2)
Notes
If you make extra bacon for breakfast and keep it refrigerated until you're ready to assemble this wrap, it will be on your table in about 3 minutes.
This recipe makes 1 wrap, so scale-up to make as many servings as necessary.
