Combine the salad, then toss with the dressing and serve. (NOTE: If you want to make this salad in advance, combine the dressing ingredients and refrigerate up to 2 days. You can also combine the corn, onion, beans and cilantro in a separate container and refrigerate up to 2 days. Then toss the dressing, salad and cheese just before serving so they stay a pretty color).

Camp Cooking Tip: If our camping trip happens to be an extended extra-long weekend and I want to do most of my camping recipes prep at home, I will transport ingredients in separate Food Storage Containers and just toss everything together right before we are ready to eat.
