My featured recipe: Shrimp Tacos with Jalapeno Lime Sauce aka 3TV Shrimp Tacos with Jalapeno Lime Sauce (Where’d the 3TV part come from? Answer: This was the first recipe I ever cooked on LIVE TV! I was a bit nervous but had tons of fun!)
