I like creating my own spice mixes rather than having 1,000 containers of different types of blends.
It keeps my spices in rotation so they don’t go bad and it keeps clutter down in my camp kitchen!

Cajun Cream Sauce Camping Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spice mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and refrigerate till ready to use.
