When Destry Jetton of Channel 12’s Arizona Midday asked me to come to the show and share some recipes just before the 4th —I couldn’t resist featuring my 4th of July Red White & Blue Topped Pound Cake camp recipe. The red comes from the raspberries, the white from the mascarpone cheese and the blue from the blueberries. The lemon zest and juice really make the berries pop. Needless to say, I had a great time.
