This chipotle mayonnaise camping recipe has a great smoky flavor from the adobo sauce and the fresh garlic gives it a little extra kick. It makes a yummy dipping sauce too!

How To Make
You only need to chop a couple of ingredients for this versatile Chipotle Mayonnaise Camping Recipe.
So, pull out your cutting mats and chop the chipotle pepper and mince the garlic.

Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper then refrigerate until ready to use.
I use A LOT of lemons and limes when I am cooking at the campsite.
They add a ton of flavor without much effort.
And, you don’t have to refrigerate them so the never-ending battle of limited cold storage space is not an issue with using fresh citrus in your recipes.
My Citrus Squeezer is part of my camp cooking gear which is also great for getting the most out of your lemons when making freshly squeezed lemonade!
