Blackstone Cheesy Bacon-Burger Toasted Wraps
Smash burgers on the Blackstone are all the rage but I’m trying something new today. The crispy tortilla wraps add an exciting, unique texture that replaces an ordinary burger bun. Join me as I make Blackstone Cheesy Bacon-Burger Toasted Wraps at our beautiful desert campsite in the KOFA National Wildlife Refuge near Quartzsite, Arizona.
Step 2. Cook and crumble ground beef. Remove any excess grease.
Step 3. Stir seasonings and crumbled bacon in with the cooked hamburger.
Step 4. Place tortillas on a flat surface and spoon meat on tortillas.
Step 5. Top meat with cheese and any additional toppings you desire.
Step 6. Roll the tortilla burrito style, tucking in the sides as you roll it.
Step 7. Place wraps on griddle with the seam down and toast until golden brown. Flip to toast other side.
Pairings
I like serving burgers with coleslaw and chips. If I want to get extra fancy, I’ll make French fries.
Leftovers
This recipe serves 4 so when I made it in the video, I only used half of the meat. I refrigerated the leftovers and used them to make nachos the following day.
