How To Make

This stuffed tortilla is one of our simple vegetarian camping recipes that can be eaten anywhere at anytime. They make great portable camping snacks that can be enjoyed at camp, on a hiking trail or as road trip food.

Step 1. Layer the ingredients on the tortilla. Notice that step 1 is NOT to get your cooking gear ready because this is one of our yummy no cook camping meals!

With peanut butter being the “glue” for this stuffed tortilla, you’ll want to spread it evenly over the top of the tortilla.

When you start a recipe with peanut butter, it often becomes one of the most popular camping breakfast ideas! Individual wraps are perfect options for making camping meals for two.

Step 2. Add the banana. Now you will slice the banana and add it to the “glue” of the peanut butter.

Step 3. Add the fruit and nut mixture. Choose your favorite dried fruit and nut mixture and sprinkle it over the banana … just make sure everything is bite-sized for this recipe.

Step 4. Wrap it up. It is time to carefully roll the tortilla so the filling doesn’t
fall out when you eat it.

If you are taking this in your pack for a hike, you’ll want to wrap it in some plastic wrap so it stays nicely bundled for your journey.
