I always have a great time talking about cooking at the campsite but it was absolutely sensational chatting with Kim Power Stilson on her radio show! Today’s show started with Chef John Doherty, former Executive Chef of New York’s Famed Waldorf-Astoria. He shared great tips for perfectly grilled meats as well as his journey to create original recipes for the Chicken Soup for the Soul line of comfort foods.
