Dutch Oven Gumbo
It takes a bit of extra work to make this gumbo but it’s totally worth it. I like making this when we host friends for dinner because I can make it well in advance of their arrival and just keep it warm till I’m ready to serve it. And, this recipe serves 10 people so if a few extra campers show up, I’m good to go!
